1． This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between ABC and you with respect to the transactions contemplated, and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous oral or written representation, understanding, agreement or communication between ABC and you concerning the subject matter hereof.
2． Upon termination of this Agreement for any cause or reason whatsoever, neither party shall have any further rights or obligations under this Agreement, except as expressly set forth herein.
【訳例】
1． 本契約は、意図される取引に関してABCおよびお客様との間における完全な了解事項および合意を構成し、ABCおよびお客様の間での、本契約の主題に関して以前または同時に行われた、口頭または書面による表明、了解、合意、または通信の全てに優先します。

1のhereof は、of this Agreement に置き換えられます。先立つ名詞句がsubject matter という定型的な表現なのでまず間違うことはないと思います。contemplated の後ろに herein／hereunder が入っている場合もあると思いますが。その場合もhere はthis Agreement を指しています。
2のherein も同様に、in this Agreement を繰り返すことを避けるために用いられたものなので、比較的分かりやすいですね
◆ there ～
here ～は前回みたとおり、その文書中の何かをうけて ～ this ……に置き換えられるものを探すのでしたね。たとえばhereby の場合、by this Agreement と置き換えることができたりします。ただ、何をうけるかは、必ずしも既に出てきた言葉とは限らず、その条文であったり、その条項であったり、その契約書そのものであることも多く、とにかく文脈から読み取るしかありませんでした。
一方、 there ～のほうは、既に登場した何かをうける言葉です

この例文でのthereof は、Goodsをうけています。
この例文の場合、of them、あるいは of those Goods とかでいいのですが、法律文書なので thereof を使っています。
there～ がうけるのは、単数の場合も複数の場合もあります。

【訳例】

上の例文での therein は、in the Work に置き換えられるもので、Work は単数です。
there ～のうけるものがずいぶんと長い／遠いもののこともあります。

Force Majeure. ABC shall not be liable for loss or damage and shall be deemed to be in breach of this Agreement if its failure to perform its obligations results from (a) compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, or requirement of any federal, state, or municipal government, department, agency, or court of competent jurisdiction; (b) acts of God; (c) fires, strikes, war, insurrection, or riot; or (d) or any other cause beyond its reasonable control. Any delay resulting therefrom shall extend performance accordingly or excuse performance, in whole or in part, as may be reasonable.

この therefrom のうけているものは、同じ文章内ではなく前の文章の (a) から (d) に記述されているものです（日本語一言で言うと「不可抗力事由」）。この例文の場合は、from those/such ～ と置き換えるのは大変なので、therefrom を使用する意味がありますね。
there～ が何に置き換えられるかは、here～ の時と同様、文脈で読み取らなければなりません。既出のものであるという点だけが、here～ とは異なりますが、条文の意味と構成をしっかり読み取れていれば、難しいものではないでしょう。
